We have manufacturing centers in Kansas City, KS, and Tulsa, OK serving a seven-state area, including Northern Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Southern Nebraska and Iowa. Images shown on our website have been granted permission for display either by the contractor or property owner, and have been photographed by an MPI photographer. Personal information about the images are always excluded. Information is limited to product and color used, and the contractors or installers credits. MPI respects the rights of individuals and homeowners, and will never reveal general locations or addresses of residential properties.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Metal Panels Inc. utilizes 3rd party analytics services to help us understand how visitors interact with our website, improve user experience, and optimize our services.

Through the use of the Messaging Service, MPI may receive the following information from our third party service provider: your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us, the text of messages that you send, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Messaging Service, as well as any comments or feedback regarding the Messaging Service that you send to us.
Use of Information
MPI uses Personal Information to deliver notifications to our valued customers as well as to analyze, maintain and support the Messaging Service. We may also use Personal Information to enhance the Messaging Service features and customize and personalize your experiences on the Messaging Service.

Opting in
A mobile user might opt-in by:
- Sending a Mobile Originating (MO) message containing an advertising keyword,
- Filling out
- a paper form that includes their phone number, or
- Signing up at a point-of-sale location.
Opting out
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages via the Messaging Service by responding STOP to any of our text messages or by sending an email to unsubscribe@metalpanelsinc.com and including your phone number to be removed.

MPI SMS Customer Communication Program
1. MPI may send SMS messages to notify customers of the status of their orders.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at {support email address or toll-free number}.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive {message frequency}. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
